A date for the defence/final examination needs to be coordinated with your supervisor, 2nd examiner, and chair. The date of the examination must be at least 14 days after the evaluation date of the thesis.

Please note, a public defence in March still counts towards the winter semester, and a public defence in October still counts towards the summer semester.
